Really insightful commentary.  I was irritated by the Alpha headlines too, as they seemed to belong in the gutter press and jarred with my sense of honesty that I&#039;ve generally found used on the internet.

You&#039;re spot on as far as Google&#039;s purpose goes - they are all about advertising and have grown to largely own this on the internet for now.  It&#039;s still early days and I&#039;m intrigued to see what other players manage to do in this space.

Oh, you might want to check the link to your executive coaching site - it gave me a 404 not found error :-O
