		<description>Oh no. If people were standard and fungible, it would be possible to create standardized job descriptions. But they're not. Eveyrone has individual talents. Why not make the most of those talents?? 

I advoate the use of a job analysis for *every* open position (and yes, my template is posted at my site). That way a manager can build on every person's strengths, and have to do very little "weakness" management. I'll blog about this later.</description>
